Never eating in McDonalds again......

True story this, it happened to a girl in a cousins uni class.

Girl turns up in class and the lecturer looks at a rash around her mouth and tells her to go get it checked out. She went to the Doctors and he took one look at her and said it looked like an STI. The girl said that wasn't possible, that it really, really couldn't be possile. Then the Doctor asked had she eaten out recently she replied the last time was a burger from McDonalds the other day and she thought part of it was still in the bin. The doctor told her to bring it in and they'd test it.
The test results came ack confirming the girl did have an STI and it was caused by one of the 4 different sperm samples present in the mayonnaise.

ewww now the question is was it localised or was it contaminated in a factory somewhere
