Jul. 27th, 2005 06:32 pmWell I've been back two days so I supose it till qualifies as later so I'll tell you a bit about my holiay.
Sat 9th:
Flew to Gatwick and overnighted in the Travelodge. Kept coughing, assumed it was to do with the air on the plane, dry and cold.
Sun 10th:
Still coughing when boarded plane to Greece. Arrived in Kefalonia.Lovely island but hot and v. small airport. Got to Hotel. Was nice unpacked and fell asleep.
Mon 11th:
Met with the rep obviously health had taken massive slide as apparently looked enough like hell to worry hotel owner and rep. So got taken to doctor. Cough Syrup, nose stuff, paracetemol for my temperature and vitamin C.
After that I went back to hotel and slept for hours.
After monday I settled into a pattern of sleeping 9-10 hours at night geting up sun bathing a while naping after lunch and then haveing dinner and playing cards with family for pretty much the net week or so.
The 2nd week I was a a bit better we'd convinced my lungs that they were best off remaining in my chest. but they my stomch had a rebellion, apparently me and olive oil don't mix so being in a country where there olives in everything isn't the best idea.
So basically I saw the local town and that was that Jenn got to go to Olympia but there is no way I could have coped with it.
ALso didn't get anywhere nears as much writting done as I wanted but I did start 2 NCIS fics a sequel to Past Lives New benigings and I think the other could be a sequel to Echoes of the Past. Also did a bit of work on a couple of SGA things.
