snow and Atlantis

eliabrithRemembered why i hate snow.... it makes my ass hurt!
or more precisly the fact that for snow to lay the water that is normally on the ground has to freeze and then the snow forms a nice little ice hiding layer on top and i stand on it and go splat! thus causing ouchies.
Have a quibble about Atlantis some people keep insisting the power thing is unrealistic cos there's probably a closet full of ZPM's somewhere.....
I have 2 objections to this
1) the sheild was failing and due to the pressure area of the city where imploding therefore any ZPM's in those areas (ie ALL the outlying areas from what McKay was saying) would probably have been crush by the pressure, possibly shorted out (normal battries don't do well in water), or washed away due to the explosive decompression.
2) the Ancients abandoned the City and fled back to Earth leaving it, and the only gate capable of dialing earth sumberged to hide it from the Wraith, but being smart people they must have realised that the Wraith being intelligent (using the gates, building ships, Ancient tracking devices etc) could possibly find their way to Atlantis in search of thier favourite snacks and possibly with a large force that could easily search a huge (non-imploded) city. From there all that would needed to follow the Anicents would be the co-orrdinates, and people seem to have left lots of little records laying around, and enough power meaning plug in some ZPM's so personally I'd have taken them all with me to prevent anyone following. No?
Which means theres probably a nice big store of them somewhere on Earth not Atlantis :P
