Gibbs grumpy ex military captain of the ship who is probably also the pilot cos he doesn't want anyone else driving/flying his boat.
Kate as his quite professional first officer.
Tony as a Companion (don't hit me please?) he likes people he like playing with people this way he gets paid for pretty much being himself.
Abby as a Kaylee like character quirky and techminded.
Ducky would be a Book like character I suppose.
And I'm really not sure where McGee would fit in. Passenger?

Suppose he could be but then I'm noot sure I could see Gibbs letting else in control of his "boat". :)
Besides he wouldn't have to be married to Kate that could be one of the difference :-P
